Cherry Blossoms In Bloom

Have you ever just sat and looked at a cherry blossom... I have. I’m sure there are cherry blossoms somewhere here, but I’ve found the most beautiful ones in Oregon. They have a Zen type of feel to them, and any time I need to take a step back from the grind of life. Sitting or thinking about cherry blossoms swaying in the wind with all those wonderful delicate textures and colors, do the trick. That feeling is what I am seeking to give when I sit down and create a painting like this. Take your shoes off and relax and enjoy this place of Zen.
