SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS POLICY:

All the sales on the original artworks are final.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within the first 7 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Ship Items Back To Us Within: 7 days of delivery

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Our Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

USA: average 5-7 business days
Canada: average 5-10 business days
World: average 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering and average 5 days on International orders.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

We can not refund International orders

We can not refund purchases that the address was changed or incorrectly entered by buyer(s).

We not refund shipment that were delivered and signed for with incorrect addresses.

We can not refund International orders seized by customs

However, we are happy to send you another order to the correct address. The new order will be at your own cost plus shipping and handling.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order never arrived, let us know as soon as possible!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we can not refund your purchase.

We not refund shipment that were signed for and delivered to incorrect addresses.

However, we are happy to send you another order to the correct address. The new order will be at your own cost plus shipping.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from shipping (photos of the damage and container are required). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vincentkeele@gmail.com

WRONG SIZE:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on our sizing chart. It's possible that the garment was mislabeled, but that is very rare.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your product arrives to you damaged (photos of the damage and container are required) Then please get in touch with us within a week's time at vincentkeele@gmail.com
